Community & Retreats
Workshops, & Restorative Spaces
Shared spaces for collective nervous system care and embodied practice. These offerings invite you into presence through gentle movement, breath, reflection, and community — supporting connection, restoration, and relational learning.

This work cultivates the capacity to remain present with yourself and in relationship, especially in moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, and change.

Work with Alexandra to develop a steady, lived relationship with your nervous system.
Practice presence, capacity, and connection in the context of your real, everyday life.

Through this work, you will practice:

  • Noticing how your nervous system responds to stress, connection, and uncertainty in real time

  • Slowing down attention to track sensation, breath, and internal cues

  • Building simple, repeatable ways to support regulation and steadiness

  • Staying present with yourself during difficult or tender moments

  • Recognizing patterns of activation, withdrawal, and settling

  • Practicing choice — when to stay, when to pause, and when to step back

  • Translating awareness into how you relate, communicate, and move through daily life
