EMBODY

A structured, experiential program for individuals and practitioners to learn and living the language of the nervous system.

When you bring awareness to your nervous system, what arises?

Can you feel connected within your own body — or is there a sense of disconnection, overwhelm, or distance?

Your nervous system is not something to fix or override. It is a living intelligence with deep capacity, resilience, and the ability to shape how you experience life, emotion, stress, and connection. You have survived your story — and your nervous system holds the traces of that resilience.

EMBODY is a relational and experiential container designed to support individuals and practitioners in stepping into a deeper, lived understanding of this intelligence.
Sustainability over intensity

EMBODY Clarity Call

The Heart of EMBODY

This work is about learning to listen to your body with attention, curiosity, and steadiness — not just understanding
it intellectually.

EMBODY offers a structured yet spacious learning environment where education and embodied practice converge. Through guided somatic and experiential learning, participants move beyond theory into direct, lived experience — developing real-world nervous system literacy that informs how they live, relate, and respond in everyday life and professional contexts.

Rather than treating the nervous system as something to manage or fix, EMBODY invites you into a relationship
with it
— one that grows through continuity, reflection, and practice over time. This container is not about accumulating information. It is about embodied learning in relationship — with your body, your nervous system,
and the shared field of the group.

Who EMBODY Is For

This container supports:

  • Individuals navigating stress, trauma, or periods of dysregulation

  • People who find it difficult to slow down, feel safe, or access presence in daily life

  • Coaches, therapists, and healing practitioners seeking to deepen both personal regulation and professional capacity

  • Practitioners who want to integrate somatic and nervous system skills into their work with others

  • Anyone drawn to learning the nervous system in a clear, relatable, and experiential way

No specific professional background is required — only a willingness to engage with the work through lived experience rather than concept alone.

What You Will Learn and Practice

EMBODY teaches both the basics and the complexities of nervous system function in ways that are accessible, real-time, and felt in the body. Participants develop practical, embodied capacities that can be carried into everyday life and professional settings, including:

  • Understanding how the nervous system shapes daily experience, stress, trauma, and healing

  • Learning practical self-regulation and resourcing skills

  • Exploring the relationship between nervous system states, anxiety, and depression

  • Using somatic practices to reconnect with lived sensation and internal cues

  • Restoring resilience and internal resource capacity over time

  • Building both internal and external safety supports

  • Learning through guided, experiential practice — not just explanation

  • Discovering how curiosity and presence become resources for connection, ease, and well-being

The emphasis is on translation — how what you learn in the room becomes something you live in your relationships, your work, and your daily rhythms.

The Experience

EMBODY is offered in multiple formats to support different needs, locations, and learning styles. Each pathway holds the same educational foundation and embodied practice, while differing in structure, pacing, and level of
personal support.

🌿 In-Person Group

A shared, relational learning environment where nervous system education and embodied practice unfold within the presence of others. This format supports learning through both personal experience and the collective field of attention, reflection, and practice that naturally emerges in a group setting.

Participants learn not only from guided exercises, but from noticing how presence, regulation, and connection are co-created within the room.

Next group dates and registration are listed below.

🌙 Online Container & Individual Pathway

A remote pathway for those who cannot attend in person, offering access to the educational and experiential content with space for reflection and integration across distance.

A private, one-to-one format is also available for those who prefer or require more personalized pacing, support, and relational attention as they move through the EMBODY curriculum.

If you are interested in either of these pathways, please complete the EMBODY Interest Form to begin a conversation about fit and structure.

Session Journey

Each class is designed as a progressive learning experience that builds both personal capacity and shared group awareness. The sessions move from establishing safety and orientation, into understanding patterns and stress responses, and toward integration and lived application.

Class One — Safety, Orientation, & Nervous System Regulation

Arriving in the body and the room

This session focuses on helping participants settle into the space, the group, and their own internal landscape. The emphasis is on learning how to recognize when the nervous system feels resourced, activated, or withdrawn — and how to gently support a return toward steadiness.

Participants will practice:

  • Orienting to the physical environment as a source of safety and support

  • Tracking breath, sensation, and attention in real time

  • Recognizing early signs of activation, settling, and fatigue

  • Building simple, repeatable ways to create internal and external support

  • Noticing how regulation is influenced by presence, pacing, and contact with others in the room

The goal is to establish a shared baseline of safety and awareness that carries through the rest of the series.

Class Two — Nervous System History & Pendulation

Recognizing patterns and building range

This session explores how past experience — personal, relational, and cultural — shapes present-moment response. Rather than working with “stories,” the focus stays in the body’s patterns of protection, approach, and withdrawal.

Participants will practice:

  • Identifying habitual nervous system responses in everyday situations

  • Noticing the movement between activation and settling (pendulation)

  • Expanding tolerance for sensation, emotion, and attention without forcing change

  • Working with contrast — ease and effort, connection and distance — as a learning tool

  • Recognizing when the system needs more support, more space, or more time

The emphasis is on building range rather than pushing limits.

Class Three — Stress, Trauma, & Embodied Experience

Meeting challenge with choice and pacing

This session looks at how stress and trauma show up in the body as patterns of readiness, protection, and response — not as problems to solve, but as forms of intelligence.

Participants will practice:

  • Recognizing how stress changes perception, breath, and muscle tone

  • Working with activation through pacing and titration rather than release

  • Noticing boundaries — where “enough” is in sensation, emotion, and interaction

  • Practicing choice: when to stay, when to pause, and when to step back

  • Exploring how presence can remain even when experience feels intense or unclear

The focus is on agency, consent, and internal permission in moments of difficulty.

Class Four — Integration Through Practice + Be Free Breathwork

From experience into everyday life

The final session centers on translation — how what has been learned becomes something participants can carry into relationships, work, and daily routines.

Participants will:

  • Reflect on patterns that have become more visible across the series

  • Practice simple ways to integrate awareness into conversation, decision-making, and rest

  • Participate in a guided breathwork experience held within a nervous-system-informed, trauma-aware container

  • Explore meaning-making without rushing toward conclusions or “takeaways”

  • Identify personal signals for support, pacing, and regulation moving forward

The emphasis is on continuity rather than completion — leaving with ways to keep practicing rather than a sense of “being done.”
