Join me Sunday eventings to release stress and shift your energy. We’ll start with 45 minutes of gentle, restorative yoga and breathwork to bring you into your body, and then we’ll spend the last 30 minutes of class receiving grounding vibrations from
Be Free’s Earth gong.
Be Free Breathwork
Saturday Feb 14th 6-9pm
Is it time for a reset? Join me for a gathering of community and deep inner exploration to clear resistance, spark creativity, and stay centered. Be Free Breathwork offers a chance to confront and release stress and trauma, allowing you to meet and heal parts of yourself that haven’t been nurtured. This practice helps break old patterns by exploring your body, emotions, and triggers in a safe space. We'll use breathwork and blindfolds to shift from the ego mind to a deeper, soul-led consciousness. Our three-hour session includes an opening circle, a 1-hour breathwork experience, journaling/art integration, and a closing circle. Bring a sleeping bag or comforter, a pillow, an eye mask (if you have one), a journal, and a snack.
Sanctuary and Rest
Saturday March 14th 12-4pm
Join Alexandra for an afternoon full of restful connection to your body, and yourself. Refill your cup with this mini retreat day, away from the chaotic energy of the world, and enter into a space of sanctuary and rest. This is an experiential offering open to all and includes opening circle, 90min somatic yin/restorative yoga and movement, mantra and meditation, journaling, and closing circle. The intention of this container is to provide each person the space for their own spiritual self care. Please bring any yoga or floor sitting materials you would like for class (also props and mats provided), a journal, water, and a snack if you’d like.
