An experience to create new layers of trust in the body and nervous system

For anyone in a body, willing and wanting to create more connection within themselves and their nervous system.  This container calls together any one who’s heart yearns for a community experience in which to explore the deep wisdom and magic held within the body.

Alexandra is a highly skilled and attuned facilitator weaving a safe enough container for the expansive variety of nervous system states coming together. For those who tend more toward dissociation and freeze there is choice, spaciousness, and care. For those who tend more toward anxiety, and flight/ flight there is opportunity for activation, engagement, and being seen. For those who are coming with awareness and established connection within, there are opportunities for deepening and expanding capacity

This is a call to the heart of anyone who wants to gather in community to explore healing and wellbeing in the body with somatic practices, nervous system attunement, and earth wisdom. Come home to your body, tend your temple, illuminate from within.  Embododiment is the gift given to us to experience life through. If this resonates, even if  from far away - even if in the faintest whisper - you’re invited.

This group experience will begin on Friday with connection, a grounding/ landing practice, and an opportunity to meet your body in relative safety.,. We will explore internal and external resourcing together, and touch in on how to hold or recognize safety in your nervous system. Friday will move into a group embodiment practice, then sharing circle.

The second day of the experience (Saturday) builds on relative safety, and begins to explore places of shadow, stress, trauma, and overwhelm in the nervous system. You’ll be expertly guided to work specifically within your own range of tolerance with a mindfulness and journaling exercise that precedes somatic movement and exploration. There is alot of allowance here to only do as much as is okay, and to gently notice the edges without rupturing boundaries. Today, you’ll create new pathways of ability within yourself to experience your body, and build new or continued layers of trust. This day ends with group sharing and connection.

Day three we nurture the new threads of connection e we are experiencing within ourselves and with each other. Today invites continued reflection, resourcing, and freedom. We will begin with check in, and grounding; then flow into the group embodiment practice.  Today’s practice continues to explore resources and activations in the body, and incorporates new - maybe even fun - invitations. We will close this container with celebration and creativity.
