Training Programs and Professional Education

Practical nervous system and somatic education woven into existing training and coaching programs.

Nervous System, Somatic, and Breathwork Experinece for Human-Centered Learning Environments

A foundation beneath what you teach

Alexandra brings nervous system and somatic education into existing training programs and professional learning environments — including yoga teacher trainings, massage therapy and bodywork schools, coaching and facilitation programs, leadership development cohorts, retreat leader trainings, and other settings where people are learning to work directly with others.

This work does not replace your curriculum. It supports how participants show up inside it — in learning, in feedback, in hands-on practice, and in relationship with one another.

What this looks like

Within a training or organizational setting, Alexandra leads experiences that are practical, embodied, and immediately usable:

  • Nervous system literacy sessions that help participants recognize activation, settling, and regulation in real time

  • Somatic practices that support embodied awareness during teaching, learning, and hands-on work

  • Group-based relational exercises that build the ability to stay present during feedback, emotional moments, and uncertainty

  • Education on pacing, boundaries, and ethical presence in one-to-one and group interactions

  • Integration spaces that support translating learning into real-world professional and personal contexts

Where this work fits

This education integrates into programs such as:

  • Yoga teacher trainings

  • Massage therapy and bodywork schools

  • Coaching, facilitation, and leadership programs

  • Staff and Employee Appreciation

  • Retreat leader and group facilitator trainings

The common thread across these settings is that participants are learning to work directly with people
through touch, guidance, conversation, leadership, or care.
